H&Z has assisted clients custom-designing engagement rings, wedding rings, and special-occasion pieces for many years — from a first sketch on paper to a finished ring on someone's hand. There's no rotating showroom floor and no sales quota: just our team, working through what you actually want, one appointment at a time.

That includes resets of inherited stones, redesigns of pieces you've outgrown, and full repairs or resizing on jewelry you already own — not just new builds.

Book a free, private appointment. Bring a reference photo, an inherited stone, or just an idea — our designer sketches concepts with you in the room.

Stone & Metal Selection

Choose a lab-grown or mined diamond (IGI/GIA certified), coloured stone, or your own, in 14K white, yellow, or rose gold.

Hand-Built On-Site

Your piece is built and set in the Ancaster workshop — not shipped out to a third-party factory.

Fitting & Lifetime Care

Final fitting, sizing, and finishing before pickup — plus resizing and repair whenever you need it, for as long as you own it.
